In partnership with Ariva Arts Foundation, the Cape Town Festival created the Beyond Busking project to empower buskers through a training and mentorship program that includes vocal training, stage presence master classes, songwriting, musical arrangement, and in-studio production.

The goal of the project is to uplift local buskers and the overall image of busking in South Africa to line with international standards and create international work opportunities for local buskers. This promo was produced by Nur Felix Film Productions and filmed at the Castle of Good Hope, Cape Town on 15 June 2022.

The Beyond Busking Project is a project managed by Rootspring NPC and supported by the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sports, and The Castle of Good Hope.
