Beyond Busking Project Journey of Dylan Red: Cape Town’s Rising Star
Dylan Red, a talented singer-songwriter from Cape Town, has established himself as a musical powerhouse since 2016. Renowned for his versatility and proficiency in multiple instruments, Dylan dedicates himself full-time to his craft, captivating audiences with his unique sound at both public and private events. His musical journey began with a bold audition as a busker at the V&A Waterfront in December 2016.
Dylan’s career has been on a meteoric rise. He has opened for legendary artists such as Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuse and shared the stage with renowned acts like Biggy, Springbok Nude Girls, Loufi, Loki Rothman, and more at the Head For The Hills event, in collaboration with BMW Motorrad. Additionally, he had the honor of opening the Jazzathon 2019 at the V&A Waterfront, cementing his place in the local music scene.
