Bulelwa Basse, SA’s diva of poetry will inspire with her interactive poetry workshop, From Page to Stage.

From the Page to the Stage poetry workshop is a lyrical odyssey that offers both emerging and established writers an opportunity to embark upon a creative journey through the transformative process of transcending one’s writing to performance poetry (Spoken Word).

Writer, Content Producer, Inspirational Speaker, Corporate MC, and Communications Specialist, Bulelwa Basse facilitates these workshops as the literary staple of Lyrical Base Project – a literary and performing arts organisation that elevates the profiles of writers and performing artists, through publishing projects and showcase platforms will be hosting this workshop at the Beyond Busking Day from 09:00 until 11:30 AM.

From the Page to the Stage poetry workshops will present participating poets the opportunity to present/recite their poems to the Cape Town Festival audience. Basse extends an invitation to the public to write and recite its own story.
